Civic Quarter 2 wins 2023 Commercial Development over $100M
We are honoured to have Civic Quarter 2 (CQ2) announced as the ‘Commercial Development over $100M’ in the Master Builders and Asset Construction Hire Excellence Awards for 2023.

Oaks Crown wins 2023 ‘Apartments & Units Highrise Living’ category
Oaks Crown has won the ‘Apartments & Units Highrise Living’ category in the 2023 Master Builders and Asset Construction Hire Excellence Awards.
Oaks Crown completes the second stage of the Oaks precinct, bringing an additional 171 homes over 16 storeys with an abundance of outdoor zones and amenity.
Kiara wins 2023 ‘Apartments & Units 4 Storeys and Above’ category
Kiara has won the ‘Apartments & Units 4 Storeys and Above’ category in the 2023 Master Builders and Asset Construction Hire Excellence Awards.
Kiara’s 147 apartments (over four buildings) and 19 townhouses are a beautiful addition to Narrabundah, with high quality interiors, generous and functional floorplans, large open spaces between buildings, connectivity to its leafy surroundings and an earthy palette.

An iconic building in Woden, Ivy is a deserved category winner in the Master Builders ACT and Asset Hire Construction Excellence Awards. Ivy has a facade that exudes grace and style and is comprised of 280 residences (274 apartments and 6 townhouses) and outstanding amenities to promote a balanced lifestyle for its residents.

Manhattan on the Park (City, ACT)
Winner in 2014 Master Builders ACT Excellence in Building Awards for ‘Apartments and Units Four Storeys and Above’ and 2014 Winner of the API Property Development Award.
This $190M development produced an architectural curved masterpiece with a 16 level tower and 330 units. These are some of the most sought after residential addresses in the Canberra CBD with the stylish modern interiors and podium gardens and pool offering elevated views over Glebe park and the City.
Aurora (Brisbane, QLD)
2006 – Equal eighth place (out of 458 nominees) in the prestigious international Emporis Skyscraper Awards.
Aurora is an iconic 69 storey tower on Queen Street with a host of 5-star features and amenities. Aurora was a $250M development with 408 apartments, 54 sky homes (two storey apartments) and 18 penthouses. Facilities included a 5-star entry foyer, electronic iris-scanning security, a recreation deck with a heated 30m lap pool, fully-equipped gymnasium, spa, sauna, function facilities, residents’ private clubroom, bar and a mini-cinema.
