Verve, Gold Coast

Verve is a 28 Storey residents only building with 56 apartments plus residents facilities.

An obvious seaside aesthetic was adopted for the landscape of this beach front residential tower. The elegant curve of the building was transferred into the landscape forms. The pool and hardscape elements follow the building arc and extend into the planting design and profiles. The planting palette was largely chosen from endemic seaside species which whilst being well adapted to survive the salt laden winds that buffer the site, with irrigation and habitat for local fauna also taken into consideration. Ground floor finishes and treatments were taken from inside the building to highlight a continuum of space and total integration of design to these important communal spaces.
